The 2024 MANA Fall Meeting will be held at the Chartwell Country Club in Severna Park, Maryland, on September 28, 2024. We appreciate the support our vendors and sponsors give to the association when they register for our meetings and/or sponsor an activity or item. MANA's Fall Meeting typically attracts over 100 CRNAs and SRNAs in Maryland and surrounding states.  The Fall Meeting space is limited - secure your spot today!

 Gold Level Exhibit Booth - $1,200

All gold level vendors will receive the following benefits:

General Exhibit Booth - $1,000

All vendors will receive the following benefits:

  • Recognition as an exhibitor in on-site materials and pre-conference marketing materials.
  • Recognition during our luncheon and business meeting.

  • Vendor Hall Open from 7:00 a.m -4:15 p.m.
  • 1st Break With Vendors from 10:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
  • 2nd Break With Vendors from 12:30 p.m. - 12:45 p.m
  • 3rd Break With Vendors from  2:45 p.m. - 3:15 p.m.
  • Vendor Breakdown after 4:15 p.m.

FAQs

What is an exhibit hall passport and why should I donate a giveaway prize for it?

Each meeting participant is given an exhibitor passport at check-in with the names of each vendor/sponsor. The meeting participants complete their cards by visiting each vendor’s table.  The donating vendor will be described while winners are selected/drawn.

When do I need to be at my exhibit table?

We ask that exhibitors be available during designated exhibit hall breaks. 

How many people attend the meeting?

The MANA Fall Meeting post-COVID normally attracts around 100 attendees.

What is on the attendee list?

The attendee list has names, emails, and organizations of attendees who opted-in to share their information during registration.
