2024-2025 Board Ballot 

Practice your right as a member to have a say in MANA leadership. You will find the names of those running as well as the responsibilities of each position below to help make your decision. Click "Cast Your Vote" at the bottom of this page to submit your ballot.

The following individuals are running for Officer positions: 

  • President-Elect
    • Kennett Radford, PhD, CRNA
  • Vice President
    • Michelle Duell, DNP, CRNA
  • Secretary/Treasurer
    • Mary Scott-Herring, DNP, MS, CRNA 

The following individuals are running for District Director positions: 

  • District II Director (Baltimore)
    • Alexander Halstead, DNP, FNP-BC, CRNA
  • District IV Director (Harford, Cecil, Kent, Caroline, Queen Anne, Talbot, Dorchester, Somerset, Worchester, Wicomico)
    • Christopher Romanowski, CRNA, APRN, CH 

Eligibility and the duties of each position

* No officer or member of the Board of Directors of the AANA may hold office in this Association.

President-Elect

      • The President-Elect shall serve for a term of one year, succeeding to the office of President at the end of that year.
      • No member shall be eligible for President-Elect who has not served on the MANA Board for at least one year.
      • The President Elect shall assume the duties of the President in the event of the President's inability to serve.

Vice President

      • The Vice President shall serve for a term of one year and shall be eligible for re-election at the end of the term.
      • No member shall be eligible for the Vice President who has not served on the MANA Board for at least one year.
      • The Vice-President shall assume the duties of the President in the event of the President or President-Elect's inability to serve.

Secretary/Treasurer

      • The Secretary/Treasurer shall serve for a term of one year and shall be eligible for re-election at the end of the term.

District Directors

      • Directors shall be elected to serve for two years and shall be eligible for re-election at the end of their term.

Please note: Candidates do not need to live within one of the respective counties to be eligible to run for a district director position.
