How do I confirm hotel reservations? To confirm your reservation, please call the Reservations Department at the Hilton Washington DC National Mall The Wharf at 202-484-1000. Please note: MANA Headquarters is unable to view your reservations.
When is the hotel room block discount cut-off date? The cut-off date is August 17, 2022 or until the room block is sold out. For additional information, please review the hotel information listed above.
What should I wear? During the day anything from business to casual dress is appropriate. Evening attire is at your discretion.
How much is parking? Valet parking is available for $55 per day with in and out privileges. No self-parking available.
Will there be WiFi? Guests staying at the meeting hotel will receive complimentary basic wireless internet in the guest rooms.
What is the MANA registration cancellation policy? A refund less a $50.00 processing fee will be given for cancellations submitted by written request to MANA and received by Wednesday, August 17, 2022. No refunds will be given after Wednesday, August 17, 2022. Requests must be submitted by email to [email protected].
How many credits can I earn at the meeting? MANA has designed the program to meet the requirements for 9.5 Class A CE credits. Credits are pending approval.
Does MANA report my credits? MANA reports all credits to AANA. You must complete a survey with evaluations for each session in order to receive credit.
What is the MANA Code of Conduct? MANA is committed to providing a safe and welcoming experience for all participants, regardless of race, ethnicity, disability, religion, political affiliation, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, and any other distinguishing characteristic. We do not tolerate discrimination, intolerance, harassment, aggression, or ill will of any kind at any MANA event, either in person or via electronic media. We expect all event participants, presenters, exhibitors, sponsors, and staff to:
- Remain positive, friendly, and welcoming to others at all times.
- Recognize that this event is a place for diversity of thought, organization, and individuals; as such, respect and inclusivity for all is expected.
- Refrain from advertising or soliciting products/services other than in your sponsored session or the virtual exhibit hall.
- Be alert and report any discriminatory, harassing, aggressive, or exclusionary behavior or speech to event staff immediately.
By registering to participate in the 2022 MANA Virtual Meeting, you agreed to abide by the MANA Code of Conduct and anyone engaged in unacceptable behavior is subject to expulsion from the event, in MANA’s sole discretion, without refund.
