The 2022 MANA Fall Meeting will be held at the Hilton Washington DC National Mall The Wharf, Washington, DC, from September 16 - 18, 2022. We appreciate the support our exhibitors give to the association when they register for our meetings and/or sponsor an activity or item. MANA's Fall Meeting typically attracts over 100 CRNAs and SRNAs in Maryland and surrounding states.  The Fall Meeting space is limited - secure your spot today!

All sponsors and exhibitors will receive a listing of their respective company logo on the MANA website, in the on-site materials, and verbal recognition during the meeting.

Exhibitor Table - $800

All exhibitors will receive the following benefits:

• Registration for one (1) company representative. (Any additional reps are $50 each.)
• One six-foot exhibitor table, draped with two chairs.
• Recognition as an exhibitor on the meeting webpage of the MANA website.
• Recognition during our luncheon and business meeting.
• One space on the exhibit hall passport card. (Each meeting attendee is given a passport card with a square corresponding to each exhibitor booth.)
• Attendee list pre- and post-meeting (includes full name, designations, organization and email).

FAQs

What is an exhibitor passport card and why should I donate a giveaway prize for it?

Each meeting attendee is given a passport card at check-in with the names of each exhibitor/sponsor. The meeting attendees complete their cards by visiting each exhibitor’s table.  The donating exhibitor will be described while winners are selected/drawn.

Do I need to be in the exhibitor hall on Saturday and Sunday?

How many people attend the meeting?

The MANA Fall Meeting pre-COVID normally saw 100 - 135 attendees; including CRNAs and SRNAs.

What is on the attendee list?

The attendee list has names, designations, emails, and organizations of attendees who opted-in to share their information during registration.
